If someone is already experienced in such field, you know this person can do more things when it comes to that ground even if he is compared to two persons who don’t have any background at all about such matter.

In any field, experience really teaches one person a lot. Yes, it is true that you learn the basics in school, but still application of the basics is still the real test of life, and so with business.
People may learn the basics of this and that in school. But, they won’t really be successful in the industry if they do not have the courage to apply what they have learned. They can never start a thing unless they don’t pursue applying the said knowledge and at the end, this knowledge together with their skills will be eradicated. So if you want your business to be successful, always give priority to the people who are already experienced. Giving chance to beginners is okay, but if you really want to have excellent working party, choose wisely. Choose the people who are experienced and expert enough in the field you want to be occupied.
Truly, choosing the right person you are going to work with in your business is not an easy assignment. It takes a lot of responsibility. It also takes a lot of consideration. But if you know how to outsource and eventually choose the RIGHT person for the job, there will be no problem. Skills are important but experience must be your main concern. Give chance to everyone but in the end, you must know how to outsource and choose the one who will be efficient and effective enough to be with you in your business.
